Dr. Tseng was very detailed in explaining pros and cons about my aching bunion. Explained what level I was at and foot inserts that would relieve pain. I called Dr. Tseng’s office on a Friday noon by chance to see what earliest date they could take me in for an infected ingrown toenail. The front desk lady was very helpful and informed me that someone actually cancelled a 3:30pm appointment the same day so I was able to get an appointment without even asking me what my problem was. I got there on time for my appointment and the same lady took me in for my infos and briefly screened me what my concern was. The moment Dr. Tseng walked in, I already felt comfortable and at ease as he has that friendly aura in him, not to mention him being so soft spoken. Dr. Tseng was very informative, talking me through the surgery, and he did it very fast without any pain! I was very pleased with my experience and started raving about his practice to my friends and co-worker. I also recommended him to my boyfriend who is also having some foot problems. I’m glad I found Dr. Tseng (thanks to Yelp)! He is probably my favorite doctor to date!

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Tseng for years! Before me, he was my brother and father-in-laws doctor for many years before that! He came highly recommended from them and after my first visit, I knew why! He is very kind very knowledgeable of his profession. I’ve seen him for multiple problems and injuries and he has always been very patient in treating every one of them. I have a great respect for him in the way I see him treat his other patients. The Chinese culture is very similar to my own. My family originates from the island of Samoa. We treat our elders with love, admiration and respect. I am always impressed in the way he treats and respects his elder patients, who I’ve come to see many over the years that I’ve been a patient. He bows with respect and has such a soft tone as he speaks makes everyone he meets comfortable. I’ve moved to Upland,Ca which is about 45 minutes away but I will continue to see Dr.Tseng.

Dr. Tseng has been my podiatrist dor nearly 10years….but to me it seems like 20 yrs. The reason is because he is so kind and caring, that he feels like part of my family that I’ve had for years. I am so happy and blessed to have him as my podiatrist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, compassionate, patient, kind, and genuinely caring for his patients. I have referred him to at least 5 friends and relatives including my mother who past away in 2012. They have all said the same thing about Dr Tseng, and are also referring people to him. You can trust him for all your podiatry needs. Whether it’s nail care, diabetic nail & foot care, foot problems and foot pain, orthotics, bunions, diabetic shoes, surgery, etc. Dr. Tseng has done a couple surgeries on my feet, most recent was July 2020. He explained every step of the surgery, answering all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before and after the surgery. All of his staff are courteous & helpful. Angel is the front desk receptionist, who indeed one of the best workers that I know. She works well at her job, and is friendly, nice and a great person. They also have a variety of magazines in their office in English, Chinese, and Spanish. If u need an x-ray on your feet he also has an x-ray machine, and a laser machine too. He also does accupuncture on your feet if u need that. I am humbly grateful to have Dr Tseng as my podiatrist, and God willing for many more years to come.
